Today’s society is dominated by smartphones, social media and the internet at large….

On the one hand, this has created massive opportunity for our generation, yet at the same time, it’s led to a kind of pressure and set of issues like The Highlight Reel Effect that’s created a serious burden on the millennial generation.

Whenever I’m working with a coaching client, one of the biggest points of emphasis is making sure his goals are CLEAR and SPECIFIC.

Especially when it comes to the underlying meaning and purpose for WHY he wants what he wants…

And even though this can get you excited for the future, and the success you know you’ll be able to achieve, it can also lead to a lot of continual pressure and impatience.

Which is why it’s so important to remember:

BALANCE IS KEY……STOP & SMELL THE ROSES……AND BE PRESENT TO THE MOMENT!!!
