Something I see with the millennial generation is they think they’re destined for great things – especially when they’ve just graduated college.
Don’t get me wrong – it’s not a bad thing.
It’s better than having a victim mentality, thinking you CAN’T do anything and the world is unfair.
But eventually, reality will sink in and you might not be where you want to be.
And looking for that shortcut that will get you there…
Maybe they’ll start a social media agency… or an e-commerce store… or try to become an influencer.
Only to find out it’s not as easy as you thought it would be.
Because if you don’t have the right strategy, you’re screwed.
And it’s back to the drawing board.
Except more bitter and sour.
